Hello everyone:
How are you all? I hope you are having a great start to this brand new year 2017. I am thinking positive thoughts. I am also getting myself to think positive. I have decided to comit to a word that will be my anchor for this year. I hear this technique is a good. So far I have seen two of my favorite Youtubers use this technique Shannon Sullivan and Cori The Reset Girl.
So the word I am committed to this year is Focus. I will be focusing more on my YouTube channel,blog, my career, and personal health.
That may not look like it should be hard. So let's see how it goes. So far I only have good thoughts in mind and I'll be more Focus this year!
